MANILA – An additional 1,065,600 doses of Japanese-manufactured AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine donated by Japan arrived at the Terminal 1 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport on Saturday.
The shipment completed the latest vaccine provision of 1.96 million shots of domestically produced AstraZeneca jab to the Philippines, bringing Japan’s total contribution to the country’s vaccine stockpile to 3,085,700 doses to date. - FJJ
