PAL to Resume Japan Flights on June 22

MANILA/TOKYO – Philippine Airlines (PAL) will resume operating a limited number of passenger flights to Japan from June 22 after a hiatus due to travel curbs imposed by the government in an effort to contain the spread of the new coronavirus pandemic.

According to the flag carrier, they will fly to Japan on the following reduced schedule:

MANILA – TOKYO (HANEDA) – MANILA

PR 422/421 – Every Mon / Wed / Fri / Sun

(Effective June 22)


MANILA – OSAKA (KANSAI) – MANILA

PR 412/411 – Every Mon / Thu / Sun

(Effective June 22)


MANILA – NAGOYA

PR 438 – Every Thu / Sun

(Effective June 22)


NAGOYA – MANILA

PR 437 – Every Fri / Mon

(Effective June 23)

However, PAL said that flights to and from Fukuoka and Sapporo will remain suspended for the month of June. - Florenda Corpuz
