TOKYO – Filipino auteur Lav Diaz’s latest masterpiece, “Season of the Devil” will make its Japan premiere at this year’s Tokyo International Film Festival, after it was selected as one of the Southeast Asian music-themed films to be featured at the Crosscut Asia section of the festival.

TOKYO – A total of 56 artworks from 56 participating Filipino artists were displayed at the recently concluded “PinTokyo: Contemporary Philippine Art Exhibition” held at the Hillside Forum (Hillside Annex F) in Shibuya.

OSAKA – Kapamilya actress Ryza Cenon recently won the Yakushi Pearl award for being the “Most Brilliant Performer” at the 13th Osaka Asian Film Festival (OAFF) for her movie “Mr. and Mrs. Cruz” directed by Sigrid Andrea Bernardo.
