Five Filipino films are among the movies to be screened at the Focus on Asia International Film Festival Fukuoka 2018, which will be held from Sept. 14-23 at the Canal City Hakata in Fukuoka City.

TOKYO – Filipino auteur Lav Diaz’s latest masterpiece, “Season of the Devil” will make its Japan premiere at this year’s Tokyo International Film Festival, after it was selected as one of the Southeast Asian music-themed films to be featured at the Crosscut Asia section of the festival.
