TOKYO – The Japanese government ended on Sunday the novel coronavirus state of emergency for Tokyo and the prefectures of Aichi, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Okayama, Hiroshima, Fukuoka and Hokkaido. It will stay in effect in Okinawa until July 11.
